Blue Cheese-Mushroom Burgers

My husband and I found the most delicious burgers (ready-made, but uncooked) at a Fresh Foods Market. They were so good, I just had to try my hand at recreating them! This was my attempt, and considering all the oohs and aahs and “this is delicious, Mommy!” I got from my children, I think I might have succeeded.

Blue Cheese-Mushroom Burgers

  • 1 ½ lbs ground meat
  • ½ tsp onion flakes
  • 1-2 med. Sized white mushrooms chopped very small
  • ¼ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 Tbs dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. Form into patties. Grill. Watch your family roll their eyes with delight.  🙂
